We at Pump International Ltd manufacture the renowned range of Patay Pumps to the highest standards. Our pumps provide many years of trouble free use. All products manufactured and supplied by Pump International Ltd are warranted free from material defects in design, workmanship and material, under use as recommended and suitable for the item for a period of 12 months from date of purchase.
As stated, this warranty only applies to products that have been properly installed and used in accordance with written operational and maintenance instructions provided by Pump International Ltd. We shall not be liable if the product has been altered or repairs carried out without our prior agreement.
Should an item prove defective we shall repair, replace or issue a spares kit, at our discretion. Having done so, we shall have no further liability for this item. Adjustment or replacement of defective parts will not extend the warranty period.
Pump International Ltd will not bare any costs for the removal, installation or shipment of the item. Such costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
No claim in respect of defective products will be valid unless the said product is returned to Pump International Ltd at the customer’s expense for inspection, together with proof of purchase from ourselves. Shipping cost will be refunded should the item prove defective.
Please contact us in the first instance should you experience any difficulty/issue with your item, simple solutions are often found without the need to return goods.
Exclusions:
Pump International Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect loss or for any special, incidental or consequential damages suffered by you and/or any third party, whether this loss arose from a breach of a duty in contract or tort or breach of a statutory duty or in any other way, including without limitation, loss arising from negligence, breach of duty, non-deliver or defects or errors is the work undertaken by Pump International Ltd pursuant to the terms of this statement of Limited Warranty or in connection with any other claim arising in connection with manufacture and/or supply of the product.
In particular, Pump International Ltd shall not be liable (without limitation) for:
- Loss of profits, increased production costs or other economic injury or loss.
- Loss of contracts or opportunity; and/or (as permitted by applicable law) damage to property of the purchaser.
Pump International Ltd shall not be liable for any breach of its obligations resulting from causes beyond its control including but not limited to fire, strikes, riots, terrorism, transport delays, natural disasters, failure or shortage of utilities or loss of data.
