Delivery:
Our products are built to order, given the many variations. We require 3 working days lead time, however, if you have an urgent requirement, please call us. Our flexible team can often accommodate special requirements.
Are your pumps suitable for me?
Our customers are as varied as our pumps! From the MOD to leisure boaters, professional gardeners and just about every petrol station forecourt in the country. Need to move fluid manually, just call us for advise and assistance.
do you supply to my industry?
We supply pumps in quantity to many industry sectors, such as the mobile toilet industry,the MOD, petrol station forecourts, bowser manufacturers, engine and generator manufacturers, the marine industry, both commercial and leisure. To assist you in your pump selection, please contact us for specialist advice.
Should you be purchasing on behalf of the MOD, we can supply corresponding NSN to accompany our pumps, assessories and spares.
Do you sell parts?
As the UK manufacturer of the Patay range of pumps, spare and replacement parts are always available. Our pumps will give many years of trouble free use, however, diaphragms do need to be replaced approximately every two years. We have simple, complete diaphragm repair kits for all of our pumps.
Lost the handle, no problem. Small part broken? No need to buy a complete new pump, we can send you a replacement.
For swift service, send us an email with a photograph of your pump and the issue that needs to be addressed.
What do I do if i dont know what i need?
Our knowledgable staff are always at the end of the phone or email. Please do not struggle, tell us what you want to do and we shall endeavour to create a solution for you.
How do I choose the correct pump?
To select the correct pump for your particular application you must ask three questions:
- How far do I need to lift the fluid?
- What head do I require?
- What fluid am I moving?
Lift: Is the linear vertical measurement that indicates the distance the pump can draw fluid from the source to the pump body. The intake/suction side.
Head: Is the linear vertical measurement that indicates the distance the pump can push the fluid from the pump body. The discharge side.
Fluid Requirements: When pumping anything other than water, chemical and material compatability must be checked. There are many good charts available online, or please call us for advise as to the best material combination for your application.

Of course you can! We supply to trade and individuals alike. We manufacture on behalf of other companies, we can supply in bulk. What ever your requirement, feel free to call us and discuss.
Bulk/trade shipping:
The shipping cost for trade customers/bulk purchases is calculated on an order by order basis. A full pallet to a UK address is £45.00.
DO YOU HAVE A STORE I CAN VISIT?
We do not have any retail outlets. We are a manufaccturing unit based in the West of Cornwall. However, many clients do visit us and enjoy seeing our products being made and having an opportunity to ask questions of those who actually build the pumps. It would assist us if you were able to call us before visiting.
SHIPPING:
We use a national carrier to send all UK packages. These are traceable via a tracking number. We use a selection of recognised carriers for EU and global shipping in order to achieve the best possible price for our customers.
